RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
AMUSMV~Yf GAMES DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSE
WHEREAS, application has been mada to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret for an Amusement Games Distributor's
License for the Year 1997 by the following:
1. C. I. C.. CORPORATION

SPRINGFTk~D, NJ 07081;
WHEREAS, said application has been investigated by the Carteret
Police Department, in compliance with the Ordinance Regulating
and Licensing Amusement G~nms, and the Carteret Police Department
recor~nends that a License for the Year 1997 be issued to the.
applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT Ah~ IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk
be and is hereby authorized and directed to issue an An~sement.
Ganms Distributor's License for the Year 1997 to the/each appli~'
cant hereby approved, upon receipt of the proper fee.
