WHEREAS, application has 'been made to the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret for an Anmmement Devices License for the Year
1997 by the following:
1. FIVE CORNERS I~N 74 P~SHING AVENUE;
2. MISKO' S CAFE ' 139 RANDOLPH STREET;
3. T. J. GLASS (BAR) 51 W]q~k~.k'R AVENUE; and
WHEREAS, said application(s) has/have been investigated by the
Carteret Police Department, in compliance with the Ordinance ~gu-
lating and Licensing'Amusement Devices, and the Carteret Police
Department reconmends that a License for Anmmement Devices for the
Year 1997, be issued to said applicant(s).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS Ht~REBY R~SOLV~, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Muniaipal Clerk be and
is hereby authorized and directed to issue an Amusement Devices
License for the Year 1997 to each .applicant listed above, upon
receipt of the proper fees.
Adopted the 6th day of FEBRUARY , 1997,
