1) REVIEW OF PROPOSED ZONING CODE AMENDMENTS
Staff will present a comprehensive set of proposed modifications to the Village of Plainfield
Zoning Code. The amendments have been made pursuant to direction from the Board of
Trustees and previous discussion at various prior Committee of the Whole meetings. Staff is
seeking concurrence on the proposed modifications prior to scheduling for formal
consideration at an upcoming meeting of the Board of Trustees. Topics will include regulation
of food trucks, incorporating certain uses as special uses, and possible amendments to the site
plan review ordinance and sign
