AUTHORIZING BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO
LEFFERT STREET
WHEREAS, there is a need for improvements to Leffert Street; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest o£ the Borough to accept bids for said
improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough o£ Carteret that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to advertise
for bids for improvements to Leffert Street.
Adopted this 6th day of February, 1997
and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 7, 1997.
