RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT WITH MID-STATE FEDERAL
CREDIT UNION RE: PARKING LOT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that it
does hereby authorize the renewal of an existing tenancy pursuant to which the
Borough of Carteret occupies a portion of the Mid-State Federal Credit Union
parking lot on Roosevelt Avenue as a public parking lot;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said renewal for a period beginning January
1, 1997 and ending December 31, 1997, and upon those terms and conditions
specified in Resolution No. 93-135 adopted April 1, 1993 and shall include the
following:
1. Rental: Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) per momh.
2. Insurance: The Borough shall post the requisite liability
insurance.
3. Maintenance: The Borough shall maintain the parking lot
and surface thereo£
4. Signage: The Borough shall post signs in an area to be
designated by Mid-State Federal Credit Union
for the use of passenger vehicles only.
5. Cancellation: Said agreement to be cancelable upon thirty
(30) days notice to Landlord
Adopted this 6th day of February, 1997
and certified as a true copy of the original
on February 7, 1997.

by and between: Mid-State Federal Credit Union P. O. Box 32
Carteret, N. J. 07008
and the ~ro,,~h Of Car~re~, a municipal corporation, having its
principal office at the Borough Hall , 61 Cooke Avenue, Carteret,
New Jersey, 07008, hereinafter the "BOROUGH".
As per Resolution No. 97-47.

PARKING LOT RENTAL
according to the terms set forth in the bids and specifications.
~ does hereby agree to pay the ~the sums set
forth in the Contractor's bid.
