A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 82615 (TPM 2019-02)
WHEREAS, the development at 11664 Bellinger Street, Lynwood, California
90262 (APN: 6169-014-019) requires the preparation and recordation of Parcel Map No.
82615; and
WHEARAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 2019-02 was conditionally approved by
the Planning Commission by Resolution No. 3408 on June 11, 2019.
WHEREAS, the Parcel Map No. 82615 has been reviewed by the City Engineer
for accuracy and compliance with the State Subdivision Map Act and the City's
Subdivision Ordinance and the final map is now ready for approval by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council finds the above recitals to be true and correct.
Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that the Parcel Map No. 82615
complies with the California Subdivision Map Act, the City's Subdivision Ordinance and
finds that Parcel Map No. 82615 is in substantial compliance with the previously
approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 2019-02.
Section 3. The City Council hereby approves Parcel Map No. 82615.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 5. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution.
