SUBJECT: On Street Disabled Parking Request
12016 Bradfield Avenue
BACKGROUND:
Staff received a request for an on-street disabled parking space from a resident living at
12016 Bradfield Avenue. Staff reviewed the application on July 26, 2021.
ANALYSIS:
Staff observed that the applicant had a driveway approach on the side of the property.
The applicant has access to an on-site parking facility and can be accessed through the
front of the property. Resident is requesting to have blue curb in front of the property.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Public Safety, Traffic and Parking Commission review this
application and concur with staff's denial of the on-street disabled parking request in
front of 12016 Bradfield Avenue.
