CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Chair Rick Fereday, Bob Youde,Shelly Johnson, Bob Giles, and Monty Moore were present.
Community Development Director Michelle Groenevelt and Permit Technician Morgan Bessaw were
also present.
CONSENT AGENDA
• Minutes from November 15, 2016
Member Giles made a motion to approve the November 15, 2016 minutes. Member Johnson
seconded the motion;the motion carried.
• December27, 2016-US Bank Invoice
Member Youde made a motion to approve the December 27,2016 US Bank Invoice. Member
Giles seconded the motion;the motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS
• MRA financials were reviewed
• MRA owned property on Pine Street update:
Waiting on the developer to submit their pro-forma to the appraisers before the appraisal
can be completed.
REPORTS
• McCall In Motion Update:
Just completed a series of downtown redevelopment meetings.Will be hosting public
meetings for the comp plan and code rewrite this spring. Have also started writing the first
draft of the comp plan.
NEXT MEETING
Member Youde made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Member Giles seconded the motion;the
meeting adjourned at 8:20AM. The next meeting will be held March 21,2017.
