REPORTS (Heard reports while awaiting a quorum)
• Michelle Groenevelt gave an update on McCall in Motion and suggested saving the dates for
the next meetings which will be held on April 26th and 27th to prioritize specific projects and
actions.
• There is also a Committee Appreciation Breakfast and training scheduled for Tuesday April
4th at 9:00 AM at the Golf Course the all committee members are encouraged to attend.
• Mike Anderson and Mike Eck gave a brief overview of the proposed Ponderosa Center.
CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL(@ 8:45 AM)
Chair Rick Fereday, Nic Swanson, Shelly Johnson, and Bob Giles were present. Community
Development Director Michelle Groenevelt and Permit Technician Morgan Bessaw were also present.
CONSENT AGENDA
• Minutes from January 17, 2017
• US Bank Invoice

Member Giles made a motion to approve the January 17, 2017 minutes. Member Swanson seconded
the motion.All members voted aye and the motion carried.

motion.All members voted aye and the motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS
• MRA cash flows and financials were presented by the City Treasurer. Financials at the next
meeting will forecast different options for closing out bonds of the current district.
• Next month will focus on strategic planning for the future. Ms. Groenevelt will speak to the
attorney about the process renewing and establishing a new boundary and provide the
original plans/documents for review.
• MRA owned property on Pine Street update—Ms. Groenevelt will contact the developer to
see if there is still an interest in moving forward with the project.
NEXT MEETING
Member Swanson made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Member Giles seconded the motion;the
meeting adjourned at 9:15AM. The next meeting will be held May 16, 2017.
