AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AMENDED ORDINANCE NO.53-1986 (1987 SALARY ORDINANCE FOR
THE CITY OF RICHMOND, IDNIANA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1987 AND
ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1987).
WHEREAS, Amended Ordinance No. 53-1986 established the various positions and salaries
for the offices and emoplyees of the Planning , Permits and Inspection ; and,
WHEREAS, the Common Council approved the positions and salaries for the Planning ,
Permits and Inspection as set forth in Amended Ordinance No. 53-1986; and,
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to reflect the salary changes for the Planning , Permits and
Inspection of as set forth in Amended Ordinance No. 53-1986;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana:
SECTION 1. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1987 and ending December 31,
1987 the following positions and salaries be deleted from Amended Ordinance No.
53-1986.
Planning , Permits and Inspection
Temporary Help $7,000.
SECTION 2. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1987 and ending December 31,
1987 that the appointed officers Planning , Permits and Inspection, City of
Richmond, Indiana shall receive the following salaries for their positions:
Tempory Help $7,500.
