CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Woody Woodworth, Don Bailey, Nic Swanson, Bob Youde and Dave Peugh were present. Community
Development Director Michelle Groenevelt, Parks Director Dennis Coyle and Administrative Assistant
Deb Smith were also present.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Member Woodworth moved to approve the November 19, 2013 minutes, as presented. Member
Swanson seconded the motion. Motion carried.
INVOICES
None
MRA CASH FLOW AND FINANCIALS
The MRA financials as of November 30, 2013 is showing a cash balance of $212,810.
2010 IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WARRANTY ISSUE UPDATE
Ms. Groenevelt read an update from the City Engineer Nathan Stewart. He spoke to Nathan Cleaver
of Keller and Associates and believes that Granite Excavation will complete the warranty issues next
spring.
OTHER
There was a brief discussion of having an appraisal done on MRA owned property. No decision was
made at this time.
