On Ocrober 25, 2016, the agreement dor General Conttacting Services for this project was
approved by the City Attorney and executed by the Mayor of the City of Tybee island. As
the authorized representative of the City of Tybec Island, we are h.e.rthy authorizing you to
proceed with Constructiori Services effective Novcrnber 1, 201G. Based on the contract time
of 150 calendar days the date for substantial completion is hereby established as March 31,
2017.
Pease acknowledge receipt of this Notice to Proceed and return a signed copy.
