AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE STATE-LOCAL
COOPERATIVE HOUSING INSPECTION PROGRAM FORM
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs has authorized the
Borough of Carteret to perform inspections for the Bureau of Housing Inspection
during the period from July 1, 1996 to June 30, 1997 in accordance with the
Conditions of Authorization; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to execute
said document for State-Local Housing Inspections on behalf of the Borough of
Carteret.
Adopted this 6th day of February, 1997
and certified as a true copy of the original
on Febmary 7, 1997.
