PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD (ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA)
Any one person may address the Planning Commission on any matter not on this agenda. If you wish to speak, please fill
out a "Public Comment Form" provided at the back table and give to the City Clerk. There is a three (3) minute time limit
on public comments. There will be no sharing or passing of time to another person. State Law prohibits the Commission
from discussing or taking actions brought up by your comments.

(TM2017-0003), and Tract Map 37427 (TM2017-0004)

To recommend to the City Council the approval of the Sundance Specific Plan
Amendment 3 (SP2017-0001) as to all changes except for recommending denial to the
changes of planning area 13, 47, 54 and recommend approval of EIR Addendum No. 3.
(ENV2017-0003), subject to the attached conditions;

2. Plot Plan No. PP2017-0053 (ViewPoint Sundance Specific, Planning Areas 13 (TM 37426)
and Plot Plan No. PP2018-0083 (Altis) Sundance Specific Plan, Planning Area 31 (TM
31470-3)

To Approve Plot Plan No. PP2017-0053 (Viewpoint) as presented with the added
condition that the street trees be minimum 36" box and authorize the use of the
previously approved Elara elevations for the parcels accessed from 8th Street; and
Approve Plot Plan No. PP2018-0083 (Altis) as presented with the added condition that
the enhanced architectural features shall be installed on all second -story rear and
side elevations that face street or open -space areas to the satisfaction of the Planning
Department, and authorize the use of the approved standards and elevations in
Planning Areas 30, 31, 33, and 34.
