PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD (ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA)
Any one person may address the Planning Commission on any matter not on this agenda. If you wish to speak, please fill
out a "Public Comment Form" provided at the back table and give to the City Clerk. There is a three (3) minute time limit
on public comments. There will be no sharing or passing of time to another person. State Law prohibits the Commission
from discussing or taking actions brought up by your comments.

of approval.

3. Minor Plot Plan PP2018-0094 for a Proposed Truck and Trailer Parking for Trailers Awaiting
Loading and Unloading of Food Products on a 1.21 Acre Lot at 929 4th Street

A. Hilwig — representing the applicant asked for adjustments to the conditions

trailers awaiting loading and unloading of food products on a 1.21 acre lot subject to
the attached conditions of approval with the change to condition 3.6 in regards to the
type of fence material on the sides.

1540 E 2nd Street
