Present: Commissioner Smith, Commissioner Tinker, Commissioner Barr
Absent: Chairman Voss, Vice Chairman St. Martin

PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD (ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA)
Any one person may address the Planning Commission on any matter not on this agenda. If you wish to speak, please fill
out a "Public Comment Form" provided at the back table and give to the City Clerk. There is a three (3) minute time limit
on public comments. There will be no sharing or passing of time to another person. State Law prohibits the Commission
from discussing or taking actions brought up by your comments.

ACTION ITEMS/PUBLIC HEARINGS/REQUESTS
Approval of all Ordinances and Resolutions to be read by title only.
1. Variance V2018-0031 for Parking Requirements within San Gorgonio Specific Plan
Public Hearing opened at 6:09 p.m.
R. Roy — Expressed concerns in regards to Transit options.
P. Wood — Representing the.applicant answered questions of the Commission
Public Hearing closed at 6:13 p.m.

To approve Variance V2018-0031, subject to the findings herein and with the condition
that the proposed square footage for restaurants is the maximum allowable. Any
restaurant use in excess of the approved amount is subject to Conditional Use Permit
approval.
