PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD (ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA)
Any one person may address the Planning Commission on any matter not on this agenda. if you wish to speak, please fill
out a "Public Comment Form" provided at the back table and give to the City Clerk. There is a three (3) minute time limit
on public comments. There will be no sharing or passing of time to another person. State Law prohibits the Commission
from discussing or taking actions brought up by your comments.

2. Amendment No. 2 to the Approved Plot Plan No. 15-PP-03, for a Proposed 45,165 Square
Foot Commercial Center Located on a 7-07 Acre Parcel at the Northwest Corner of Highland
Springs Avenue and First Street and Sign Program Amendment
Public Hearing opened and closed at 6:06 p.m.

stipulated herein, subject to the attached conditions of approval; and
Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Center Pointe Shopping Center Sign Program
Approved by unanimous vote.
3. Variance 15-V-03 Three Year Review for Guang Jih Buddhist Temple Located at 1316 E 6th
Street.
