CALL TO ORDER at 6:10 p.m.
Present: Commissioner Smith, Commissioner Tinker, Commissioner Barr
Absent: Chairman Voss, Vice Chairman St. Martin

Any one person may address the Planning Commission on any matter not on this agenda. If you wish to speak, please fill
out a "Public Comment Form" provided at the back table and give to the City Clerk. There is a three (3) minute time limit
on public comments. There will be no sharing or passing of time to another person. State Law prohibits the Commission
from discussing or taking actions brought up by your comments.

To approve Conditional Use Permit No. 2018-0022, subject to the findings herein and
the conditions of approval with the added condition of hours of operation from the
Police Department.
Approved by a 3-0 vote.
3. Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider Variances V2018-0033 & V2018-0034, A Request
for Reduction in Side Yard Setback Distances for TM 27971-5 Lots 18, 29, & 56 and TM
27971-2 Lot 38 in the Olivewood Development in the Heartland Specific Plan

4. Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider Conditional Use Permit CUP2017-0005 and
Mitigated Negative Declaration ENV2017-0004 for a Proposed Recreational Vehicle (RV)
Storage Facility on a 2.67 Acre Parcel Located on the North Side of 1st Street, East of Maple
Avenue (APN 418-260-023) in the Manufacturing (M) Zone
Public Hearing opened at 6:31 p.m.
