CALL TO ORDER at 6:00 p.m.
Present: Chairman Voss, Vice Chairman St. Martin, Commissioner Smith, Commissioner Tinker,
Commissioner Barr

Approval/Adjustments to Agenda: Continue item #2 to the next meeting
Conflict of Interest Disclosure: Commissioner Smith will be recusing himself for item 3, as it is a conflict
of interest.
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD (ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA)
Any one person may address the Planning Commission on any matter not on this agenda. If you wish to speak, please fill
out a "Public Comment Form" provided at the back table and give to the City Clerk There is a three (3) minute time limit
on public comments. There will be no sharing or passing of time to another person. State Law prohibits the Commission
from discussing or taking actions brought up by your comments.

3. Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider Variances V2018-0033 and V2018-0034, a Request
for Reduction in Side Yard Setback Distances for TM 27971-5 Lots 18, 29 & 56 and TM
27971-2 Lot 38 in the Olivewood Development in the Heartland Specific Plan
Public Hearing opened and closed at 6:06 p.m.

To Approve variances V2018-0033 and V2018-0034, for a reduction in side yard
setback distances for TM 27971-5 Lots 18, 29 & 56 and TM 27971-2 Lot 38 in the
Olivewood Development in the Heartland Specific Plan subject to the findings herein
and the proposed conditions of approval.
Approved by a 4-0 vote.
4. Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider Parcel Map PM2018-0003 for the Subdivision of on 9.81
Acre Parcel into two (2) Parcels, and Plot Plan PP2018-0129 for the Proposed Construction of an
8,192 Square Foot Single Story Vehicle Repair Garage with a 2,511 Square Foot Mezzanine Floor
on a 1.23 Acre Parcel (APN 419-180-027) Located on the South Side of East 6th Street West of
Highland Springs Road in the Commercial General (CG) Zone
Public Hearing opened at 6:14 p.m.

of a 9.81 acre parcel into two (2) parcels, and construction of an 8,192 square foot
single story vehicle repair garage with a 2,511 square foot mezzanine floor on a 1.23
acre parcel (APN 419-180-027) located on the south side of East 6th Street west of
Highland Springs Road in the Commercial General (CG) zone with modification to
condition 16.
Approved by a 5-0 vote.
