There is a three (3) minute time limit on public comments. There will be no sharing or passing of time to another person. State Law prohibits the Commission from discussing or taking actions brought up by your comments. Public Comment opened at 6:03 p.m. N. Hall — Requested stoplights and a traffic study near Pennsylvania and lst Street Public Comment closed at 6:06 p.m. ACTION ITEMS/PUBLIC HEARINGS/REQUESTS Approval of all Ordinances and Resolutions to be read by title only. 1. Approval of Minutes dated October 9, 2018 Motion by Commissioner Barr Second by Commissioner Smith _✓_ Commissioner Barr _✓_ Commissioner Tinker _✓_ Commissioner Smith 1 Vice Chair St. Martin To approve the minutes. Approved by a 4-0 vote 2. Conduct a .Public Hearing and Consider Plot Plan PP2018-0145, to Allow Four (4) 8'x40' Storage Containers on Approximately .31 acres (15,503 sf) Located on the East Side of Elm Avenue, South of 4th Street in the Manufacturing (M) Zone Public Hearing opened at 6:09 p.m. Planning Commission November 13, 2018 M. Jackson — applicant, answered questions of the commission Public Hearing closed at 6:11 p.m. Motion by Commissioner Tinker Second by Commissioner Barr 1 Commissioner Barr _✓_ Commissioner Tinker ✓ Commissioner Smith 1 Vice Chair St. Martin To approve Plot Plan PP2018-0145, for the location of four (4) 8'x40' storage containers on approximately .31 acres (15,503 sf) located on the east side of Elm Avenue, north of 4th Street in the Manufacturing (M) zone with the additional condition giving a short timeframe to repair the privacy screen. Approved by a 4-0 vote 3. Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider Plot Plan 2018-0134 for a 2.89 Million Square Foot Industrial Business Park (Hidden Canyon Industrial Park); Located at the Western Terminus of Fourth Street, South of State Highway 60, East of Jack Rabbit Trail Public Hearing opened at 6:23 p.m. R. Roy - Opposed the project. N. Hall — Concerns regarding the EJR traffic study and fire safety on the S. side of the freeway. Public Hearing closed at 6:38 p.m. Motion by Commissioner Tinker Second by Commissioner Barr _✓_ Commissioner Barr _✓_ Commissioner Tinker _✓_ Commissioner Smith _✓_ Vice Chair St. Martin To approve the Plot Plan 2018-0134 for the Hidden Canyon Industrial Park, based upon the findings stipulated herein, subject to the attached conditions of approval.
