Tuesday, November 8, 2016
Call to Order: 6:00 p.m. Place: Beaumont Civic Center
Roll Call: Vice Chairman Smith, Commissioner Dale and Commissioner Rearick were
present.
Excused absence: Commissioner Tinker

Pledge of Allegiance: Vice Chairman Smith

1. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD (ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA):
Any one person may address the Planning Commission on any matter not on this
agenda. If you wish to speak, please fifi out a `Public Comment Form" provided at
the back table and give it to the City Clerk. There is a three (3) minute limit on
public comments. There will be no sharing or passing of time to another person.
State Law prohibits the Planning Commission from discussing or taking actions
brought up by your comments.
Public Comment opened at 6:00 p.m.
Nancy Hall — Asked questions of the commissioners in regards to making changes to
legislation.

Motion to approve minutes by Commissioner Rearick
Second by Commissioner Dale
Approved by a 3-0 vote

62,030 Square Foot Commercial Center Located on a 7.07 Acre Parcel
at the Northwest Corner of Highland Springs Avenue and First Street
Motion to continue to the December 13, 2016 Planning Commission Meeting
by Commissioner Dale
Second by Commissioner Rearick
Approved by a 3-0 vote
