Call to Order: 6:00 p.m. Place: Beaumont Civic Center
Roll Call: Chairman St. Martin, Vice Chairman Smith, Commissioner Tinker, and
Commissioner Rearick, were present
Commissioner Dale was absent
Conflict of Interests Disclosure: Vice Chairman Smith will be recusing himself for
Item 2b.
Pledge of Allegiance: Led by Chairman St. Martin
Adjustments to Agenda: Move item 2d to the end of the agenda
1. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD (ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA):
Any one person may address the Planning Commission on any matter not on this
agenda. If you wish to speak, please fill out a `Public Comment Form" provided at
the back table and give it to the City Clerk. There is a three (3) minute limit on
public comments. There will be no sharing or passing of time to another person.
State Law prohibits the Planning Commission from discussing or taking actions
brought up by your comments.

Judy Bingham - expressed concerns regarding Commissioner's responsibility
Ron Roy - asked that procedures be changed for agenda items with public hearings
Nancy Gall - expressed concerns regarding warehousing
Nancy Hall - spoke in opposition of warehouses and asked for community education
regarding City documents
