CALL TO ORDER at 6:00 p.m.
Chairman St. Martin, Vice Chairman Smith, Commissioner Rearick, Commissioner
Johnsen, Commissioner Voss were all present

PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD (ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA)
Any one person may address the City Council on any matter not on this agenda. If you wish to speak,
please fill out a "Public Comment Form" provided at the back table and give to the City Clerk. There is
a three (3) minute time limit on public comments. There will be no sharing or passing of time to another
person. State Law prohibits the Council from discussing or taking actions brought up by your
comments.

Motion to approve Plot Plan 16-PP-06 as presented with the conditions to
add false shutters for all second -story rear and side elevations that face
streets or open -space areas, and authorize the use of the approved
standards and elevations in Planning areas 35, 36, 38 or 39 with approval
of a Minor Plot Plan by the Community Development Director for
verification of setbacks by Commissioner Rearick

Planning Director Comments:
Community Development Director, Rebecca Deming asked for any interest in
being part of the General Plan Task Force and Sub -Committee.

Adjournment of the Planning Commission of the January 10, 2017 Meeting at
6:42 p.m.
The next regular meeting of the Beaumont Planning Commission is scheduled for
Tuesday, February 14, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. or thereafter as noted on the posted Agenda
