Motion to recommend City Council approve General Plan Amendment 16- GPA-01 and Pre -Zone 16-PZ-01 as presented by Commissioner Rearick Second by Commissioner Johnsen _✓_ Commissioner Johnsen _✓_ Commissioner Rearick _✓_ Commissioner Voss _recused_ Vice Chairman Smith 1 Chairman St. Martin Planning Commission January 10, 2017 Carried by a 4-0 vote. Planning Director Comments: Community Development Director, Rebecca Deming asked for any interest in being part of the General Plan Task Force and Sub -Committee.
