Action on any requests for excused absence: Commissioner Smith, Commissioner Rearick Pledge of Allegiance: Approval/Adjustments to Agenda: None Conflict of Interest Disclosure: None PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD (ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA) Any one person may address the Planning Commission on any matter not on this agenda. If you wish to speak, please fill out a "Public Comment Form" provided at the back table and give to the City Clerk There is a three (3) minute time limit on public comments. There will be no sharing or passing of time to another person. State Law prohibits the Council from discussing or taking actions brought up by your comments. Public Comment opened at 6:02 p.m. Michael Heishman — Rep of Pardee Homes — commented on the overflow parking to be ready in 2 weeks. Public Comment closed at 6:03 p.m. ACTION ITEMS/PUBLIC HEARINGS/REQUESTS Approval of all Ordinances and Resolutions to be read by title only. 1. Approval of Minutes dated February 14, 2017 Motion by Vice Commissioner Voss Second by Commissioner Johnsen _✓ Commissioner Johnsen _absent Commissioner Rearick _absent_ Commissioner Smith ✓ Vice Chairman Voss ✓ Chairman St. Martin To approve Minutes. Carried by a 3-0 vote Planning Commission March 14, 2017 2. Plot Plan No. 17-PP-01 (Flagstone Plan 4) Sundance Specific Plan, Planning Area 40B; Located Northwest of Cougar Way and Highland Springs Ave Public Hearing opened and closed at 6:05 p.m. No speakers Motion by Vice Commissioner Voss Second by Commissioner Johnsen _✓_ Commissioner Johnsen _absent_ Commissioner Rearick _absent Commissioner Smith ✓ Vice Chairman Voss 1 Chairman St. Martin To approve Plot Plan 17-PP-01 as presented, and authorize the use of the approved standards and elevations in Planning Areas 40, 44, 46 and 47 with approval of a Minor Plot Plan by the Community Development Director for verification of setbacks. Carried by 3-0 vote Community Development Director Comments No comments.
