Present: Vice Chairman Voss, Commissioner Johnsen and Commissioner Tinker
Absent: Chairman St. Martin, Commissioner Smith

PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD (ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA)
Any one person may address the Planning Commission on any matter not on this agenda. if you wish to speak, please fill
out a "Public Comment Form" provided at the back table and give to the City Clerk There is a three (3) minute time limit
on public comments. There will be no sharing or passing of time to another person. State Law prohibits the Council from
discussing or taking actions brought up by your comments.

To approve all or a portion of Variance V2017-007 for rear yard setback distances in
Tract Map 36558 (Lots 2, 23, and 48), subject to the findings listed, as presented to
allow for the house and/or patio to have a reduced setback requirement. No additional
rear year variances shall be granted by the City per Planning Commission Conditions.
Carried by a 3-0 vote

Appointment of General Plan Task Force on the next agenda.
