If you wish to speak, please fill out a "Public Comment Form" provided at the back table and give to the City Clerk. There is a three (3) minute time limit on public comments. There will be no sharing or passing of time to another person. State Law prohibits the Council from discussing or taking actions brought up by your comments. Plot Plan No. PP2017-0036 (Beacon) Sundance Specific Plan, Planning Areas 46 & 47 (TM 31469-5 & 6); Located Southeast of Cougar Way and Cherry Avenue Public Hearing opened at 6:51 p.m. L. Martinson — expressed road concerns near his property J. Chambers — clarified the location of Sundance and Mr. Martinson's property to point out that there is no correlation. Public Hearing closed at: 7:01 p.m. Motion by Commissioner Johnsen Second by Commissioner Tinker _✓_ Commissioner Tinker recused Commissioner Smith _✓_ Commissioner Johnsen _X_ Vice Chair Voss 1 Chairman St. Martin To approve Plot Plan No. PP2017-0036 as presented with the added condition that the wood siding or other architectural feature shall be installed on all second -story rear and side elevations that face streets or open -space areas to the satisfaction of the Planning Department, and authorize the use of the approved standards and elevations in Planning Areas 44, 46 or 47 with approval of a Minor Plot Plan by the Community Development Director for verification of setbacks. Carried by a 3-1 vote 6. Plot Plan No. PP2017-0033 (Abrio) Sundance Specific Plan, Planning Areas 39 (TM 31469- 9); Located Southeast of Cougar Way and Cherry Avenue Public Hearing opened and closed at 7:06 p.m. Motion by Vice Chair Voss Second by Commissioner Johnsen _✓_ Commissioner Tinker recused __ Commissioner Smith _✓_ Commissioner Johnsen _✓_ Vice Chair Voss ✓ Chairman St. Martin To approve Plot Plan No. PP2017-0033 as presented the added condition that the wood siding or other architectural feature shall be installed all second story rear and side elevations that face streets or open -space areas to the satisfaction of the Planning Department, and authorize the use of the approved standards and elevations in Planning Areas 35, 36, 38, 39, 42, 44, 46 or 47 with approval of a Minor Plot Plan by the Community Development Director for verification of setbacks. Hollis — Answered questions from the Commission Public Hearing closed at 7:27 p.m. Motion by Vice Chair Voss Second by Commissioner Tinker _✓_ Commissioner Tinker _recused_ Commissioner Smith _✓_ Commissioner Johnsen 1 Vice Chair Voss ✓ Chairman St. Martin To approve Plot Plan No. PP2017-0037 as presented the added condition that the wood siding or other architectural feature shall be installed on all second story rear and side elevations that face streets or open -space areas to the satisfaction of the Planning Department, and that final site plan setbacks to be approved as part of precise grade approval and shall meet the requirements of the Specific Plan; and Approve Plot Plan No. PP2017-0028 as presented, subject to final landscape plan approval; and Approve Plot Plan No. PP2017-0029 as presented, subject to final landscape plan approval.
