CALL TO ORDER at 6:02 p.m.
Present: Vice Chairman Voss, Commissioner Johnsen, Commissioner Smith,
Absent: Chairman St. Martin, and Commissioner Tinker

PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD (ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA)
Any one person may address the Planning Commission on any matter not on this agenda. If you wish to speak, please fill
out a "Public Comment Form" provided at the back table and give to the City Clerk. There is a three (3) minute time limit
on public comments. There will be no sharing or passing of time to another person. State Law prohibits the Council from
discussing or taking actions brought up by your comments.

a) Approval of Minutes

To approve the Minutes carried by a 3-0 vote
b) Variance V2017-0013 for Parking Requirements at an Existing Building Located at 415
Nicholas Road
Public Hearing opened at: 6:21 p.m.
The commission asked questions of the applicant.

To approve Variance V2017-0013, subject to the findings provided within the Staff
Report with an added condition that all parking be onsite. Carried by a 3-0 vote.
c) Appointment of General Plan Task Force Member
Motion by Commissioner Johnsen
Second by Commissioner Smith

To appoint Vice Chairman Voss to the General Plan Task Force to attend the
upcoming meetings in January and May of 2018.
