There is a three (3) minute time limit on public comments. There will be no sharing or passing of time to another person. State Law prohibits the Commission from discussing or taking actions brought up by your comments. Variance V2017-002, Request for Reduced Rear Yard Setback Distance at 1640 Primrose Avenue Public Hearing opened at 6:11 p.m. R. Conditional Use Permit No. CUP2017-0008, Request for Tattoo Parlor "Astro Tattoo's" located at 257 E 6th St, Suite B Public Hearing opened at 6:35 p.m. C. Plot Plan No. PP2017-0024 for a Proposed 3,500 Square Foot Building with 18 Parking Spaces Located on a .41 Acre Lot at 1202 Beaumont Ave Public Hearing opened at 6:43 p.m. G. Park — applicant answered questions from the Commission Public Hearing closed at 6:45 p.m. Motion by Commissioner Smith Second by Commissioner Johnsen _✓_ Commissioner Tinker _✓_ Commissioner Johnsen _✓_ Commissioner Smith _absent Vice Chair Voss _✓_ Chairman St. Martin To approve Plot Plan No. PP2017-0024 as presented, subject to the attached Conditions of Approval. 7. Direction to Staff on a Billboard Ordinance Amendment to Allow Digital Display Conversions Consensus to allow time for additional research and code requirements and bring back to future meeting.
