If you wish to speak, please fill out a Public Comment Form" provided at the back table and give to the City Clerk. There is a three (3) minute time limit on public comments. There will be no sharing or passing of time to another person. State Law prohibits the Council from discussing or taking actions brought up by your comments. Variance 17-V-01, Oak Valley PGA Specific Plan (Fairway Canyon/Tournament Hills), TM 36558 Rear Yard Setback Distances on Lots 18, 21, 22, 63, 69 and 82 Planning Commission February 14, 2017 Commissioner Smith recused himself. Public Hearing opened at 6: 18 p.m. Representative from KB Homes answered questions from the Commissioners Public Hearing closed at 6:25 p.m. Motion to approve all of Variance 17-V-01 for rear yard setback distances in Tract Map 36558 (Lots 18, 21, 63, 69) and with added conditions to lot 82 that a patio cover shall not be built, and a recorded document be placed on each property prohibiting any future variance from being approved on each lot subject to the findings listed, as presented by Vice Chairman Voss Second by Commissioner Rearick X Commissioner Johnsen _✓_ Commissioner Rearick _✓_ Vice Chairman Voss recused _ _ Commissioner Smith ✓ Chairman St. Martin Approved by a 3-1 vote 5. Beaumont Commercial Center — Amendment to the Approved Plot Plan No. 15-PP-03, Mitigated Negative Declaration No. 16-MND-01 Addendum, and Conditional Use Permits 17-CUP-02 and 17-CUP-03 For A Proposed 32,921 Square Foot Commercial Center Located On A 7.07 Acre Parcel at the Northwest Corner of Highland Springs Avenue and First Street. Public Hearing opened at 6:45 p.m. Tab Johnsen — Applicant — Answered questions from the Commission Public Hearing closed at 6:53 p.m. Motion to approve the Amendment to Plot Plan No. 15-PP-03, Mitigated Negative Declaration 16-MND-02 Addendum and Conditional Use Permits 17-CUP-02, 17-CUP-03 based upon the findings stipulated herein, subject to the attached conditions of approval with an added condition regarding walkways and enhanced landscaping plans by Commissioner Rearick Second by Commissioner Smith _✓_ Johnsen ✓_ Rearick _✓_ Voss ✓ Smith _✓_ St. Martin Carried. Temporary Use Permit No. 17-TUP-04, Request for Temporary Storage of Empty Wooden Pallets within an Industrial Property Located at 853 E.
