CALL TO ORDER at 6:02 p.m.
Chairman St. Martin, Vice Chairman Smith, Commissioner Rearick, Commissioner
Johnsen, Commissioner Voss were all present
Action on any requests for excused absence: None

Conflict of Interest Disclosure: Smith will be recusing himself on Item 4
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD (ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA)
Any one person may address the Planning Commission on any matter not on this agenda. If you wish
to speak, please fill out a Public Comment Form" provided at the back table and give to the City Clerk.
There is a three (3) minute time limit on public comments. There will be no sharing or passing of time to
another person. State Law prohibits the Council from discussing or taking actions brought up by your
comments.

Motion to approve all of Variance 17-V-01 for rear yard setback distances
in Tract Map 36558 (Lots 18, 21, 63, 69) and with added conditions to lot
82 that a patio cover shall not be built, and a recorded document be
placed on each property prohibiting any future variance from being
approved on each lot subject to the findings listed, as presented by Vice
Chairman Voss

Square Foot Commercial Center Located On A 7.07 Acre Parcel at the
Northwest Corner of Highland Springs Avenue and First Street.

to the attached conditions of approval with an added condition regarding
walkways and enhanced landscaping plans by Commissioner Rearick
