If you wish to speak, please fill out a “Public Comment Form” provided at the back table and give it to the Committee Chair or Secretary. There is a three (3) minute limit on public comments. There will be no sharing or passing of time to another person. State Law prohibits the Committee from discussing or taking actions brought up by your comments. No speakers. ACTION ITEMS / PUBLIC HEARINGS / REQUESTS Approval of all Ordinances and Resolutions to be read by title only. 1. Approval of Minutes Motion by Commissioner St. Martin Second by Commissioner Stephens To approve minutes dated March 10,2020. Approved by a unanimous vote. 2. Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider a Request for a One-Year Extension of Time for Tentative Tract Map 29267 Public Hearing opened at 6:21 p.m. J. Vanderwoud - Written comment, stated that he concurs with the conditions of approval Public Hearing closed at 6:21 p.m. Motion by Vice Chair Stephens Second by Commissioner Colindres To approve the final one-year extension for Tentative Map 29267. Approved by a unanimous vote. 3. Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider a Request for a one-year Extension of Time for Tentative Tract Map 33680 (APN 414-142-038) Public Hearing opened at 6:29 p.m. J. Russo - Answered questions of the commission regarding the reasoning for the duration of idle on the project. Public Hearing closed at 6:30 p.m. Motion by Commissioner Colindres Second by Commissioner Smith To approve a one-year extension of time to for the approval of Tentative Tract Map 33680. Approved by a unanimous vote. 4. Consider PLAN2020-0454 for an Amendment to the San Gorgonio Village Sign Program Located at 1535 E. 2nd Street. Public Comment opened at 6:37 p.m. M. Bennett - Offered a phone call for any questions Public Comment closed at 6:38 p.m. Motion by Vice Chair Stephens Second by Commissioner Smith To approve PLAN2020-0454 to amend the San Gorgonio Village Sign Program as presented. Approved by unanimous vote. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR COMMENTS Gave an update to future agenda items. ADJOURNMENT at 6:41 p.m.
