AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ADDING SECTION 3589
TO THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 3589 of the Temple City Municipal
Code is hereby added to read as follows:
3589. RULES AND REGULATIONS
All persons entering a City Park, Playground, Building,
Facility, Court, Water Area or Sports Field shall adhere to
all rules and regulations, whether posted or not, governing
the use of said area, and such supplementary regulations as
may be issued subsequently by the Director. The first vio-
lation by any person of any rule or regulation shall be
deemed an infraction; any subsequent violation shall be
deemed a misdemeanor punishable in the manner provided for
in this Municipal Code.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published
according to law.

I, Chief Deputy City Clerk of the City of Temple City, do
hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance No.
84 -552, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Temple City held on the 4th day of September, 1984,
and duly passed, approved, and adopted by said Council, approved
and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk, at a regular
meeting of said City Council held on the 13th day of September, 1984.
