Al'POINTING A MUNICIPAL PROSECUTOR FOR THE BOROUGH OF
CARTERET
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Municipal Prosecutor in the Borough of
Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that:

Be and is Hereby appointed to the position of Municipal Prosecutor, effective
immediately.
Adopted this 18th day of January, 2001
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 19, 2001.
