RESOLUTION AUTIDRIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF A 1997 AMUSMM~T DEVICES LICENSE
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret for an Amusement Devices License for the Year
1997 by the following:
1. DIXIE'S TAVERN 558 Roosevelt Avenua,
2. PARIINERS' PUB 4 Cooke Avenue,
3. SUCH'S BAR & GRII.T. 1365 Roosevelt Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said application(s) .hTa'5~aave .been investigated by the
Carteret Police Departnmnt, in compliance with the Ordinance Regu-
lating and Licensing' Amusement Devices, and the Carteret Police
Department reconmands that a License for Anusemmnt Devices for the
Year 1997 be issued to said applicant(s).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and
is hereby authorized and directed to issue an Anmmement Devices
License for the Year 1997 to each .applicant listed above, upon
receipt of the proper fees.

and certifie~ as a true copy of the original
on FEBRUARY 21, 1997.
