NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lynwood City Council will hold a public he.ring on October
5, 2021 as follows:
Date: October 5, 2021 (City Council Meeting)
Time: 6:00 p.m. (or soon thereafter as the matter may be heard)
Place: Live Meeting in Council Chamber- 11350 Bullis Road, Lynwood, CA 90262
- Web conference via ZOOM for the public. To participate please join via

Subject: The City Council will consider a Development Agreement with Lamar
Central Outdoor, LLC for the installation of a 77-foot tall billboard containing
a double-sided LED display (each face measuring 14 feet x 48 feet from
the base of the display) at 11200 Wright Road, in the City of Lynwood
(Assessor's Parcel Number 6194-030-011), which is adjacent to and visible
from the 710 Freeway.
A copy of all relevant material regarding the proposed Development Agreement is on file in the
Community Development Department at Lynwood City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, Lynwood,
California 90262. Said documents are open for public inspection during regular business hours,
7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. All interested persons are invited to inspect
the file and to be present to give testimony at the public hearing.
All persons either favoring or opposing this proposal are invited to present their views on the
above referenced project to the City Council at this hearing. Those desiring to be heard in favor
of or in opposition to this item will be given an opportunity to do so during such hearing to be
conducted at the above address or by writing to the City at the above address prior to said hearing
date. Please reference hearing title and date of hearing in any correspondence.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at the hour of 6:00 p.m., or
soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Lynwood City Council will hold a public hearing
in the City Hall Annex Council Chambers at 11350 Bullis Road, Lynwood, California for the
solicitation of public comment on a proposed Development Agreement with Lamar Central
Outdoor, LLC for the installation of a 77-foot tall billboard containing a double-sided LED display
(each face measuring 14 feet x 48 feet from the base of the display) at 11200 Wright Road, in the
