Call to order : 4:15 PM
Attendance : Nancy Butler, Jacki Rubins, Lynn Lewinski and Anne Kantola
Minutes : Available at next month's meeting.
Director's Report : To be reviewed at next month's meeting, when Ed is here.
Budget and Stats
Staff :
Friend's Report : Very busy cleaning the wonderful new work space next door to the
Library.
Old Business :
Disposal of Records: On going.
Summer Reading: Fantastic!
Meg: Going away party....off she goes.
McCall's Birthday: Great responses.
McCall in Bloom: Four judges came this am. We will see if we win or not.
New Business :
On -The -Fly: A very useful way to attach the traveling curriculum into the system, and then
remove it simply. Easy for staff to do.
Overdues and Fines: The new system has levels of connect/information that really makes
this an easier procedure. Lynn made a motion to approve the use of the new system, which was
approved by all present.
Inter -Library Loan Policy: Discussion of the new system and policy will continue at the
next meeting.
Policy manual: "
Loose ends: Meetings will be moved to the third Thursday of the month, at 9 AM
Building plans : Sadly on hold for the term because of the economy.
