Board Meeting
March 16th 2000
4.00p.m. at the McCall Public Library
I: Call To Order: 4:1Op.m.
II. Attendance: Susie Reddick, Marilyn Summers, Ed Hershberger, Ed
Hershgold, Mary Clemmer, Gloria Cantrell and Ray Venable.
III. Minutes: Minutes read and the addition of the Schmick letter needed
to be added.

Circulation down a bit for Feb. Suspect that internet pulls
kids and adults away from books.
April 9-16 is National Volunteer's Week. Gloria will be
having a Brunch for Friends of the Library and invites
Library Board to join in. Will be 4/11/00 11:00 a.m. at her
home.
Star News will pay for new display.
Gloria will continue working on these.
City Council very supportive of project and we will continue
to keep in contact with them. Contact Lindley to see what
property status is.
New computer is up and running in Gloria's office.
Letter of apology sent which noted we'll hold a second open
house. Becky and family to choose dates.
Workshop 3/31/00 at Owyhee Plaza on the Gates grant for
2 computer stations.
VII. New Business:
A. SIRLS/Circuit. Gloria will attend meeting 3/17/00 in Weiser
