Read and approved.
Coded according to a simple system so that bills can be paid in a more timely.
$500.00 needs to be pre -approved.
Letter from Star News offering to purchase storage units for bound issues of Star
News. Board suggested getting bid from Person who designed existing shelving and
ask Gloria to drop Tom note with ideas and see what he thought.
Letter from Katlyn Patterson donating money for children's books.
Back Room. Almost finished and we will celebrate again later in the year.
Policy updates. Board will drop off for Gloria to make changes.
Expansion /Letter/Grants Expansion committee will meet with City Council on March 9`h
Gloria will continue to look for building grants.
Computers. Gloria will meet with Arcadian systems Saturday Feb. 19`h to design our
New layout of computers including ones we receive through the Gates
Foundation.
V. New Business:
A. SIRLS/Circuit. Gloria will attend workshop on March 12`h in Payette to update video/books on
tape circuit.
