Changes to policy are;
Absolutely no food or drink.
Do not move tables.
Add to final page of policy amount of donation.
And Gloria was ask to keep a chart of facilities use and be
aggressive in seeking donations.
Will have program at the library on October 14th.
Mary Jane is on vacation and Gloria will be gone from 10/21
to I1/9
1st staff, later for public.
Board will do Gloria's evaluation on October 9th they ask
Gloria to get direction from Robert on what format he would
like.
Newspaper has been notified of a library vacancy and this will
be put on the Councils agenda.

Gloria will see if we can get Louis Attebery to do
book signing (J.R. Simplot Book)
Change overdue book policy to cover any long distance
phone calls.
New firehouse is in the plans. Committee will work on
fire station as a possibility for library expansion.
Up and running : Staff training underway. Kids
especially are benefiting.
Went great. We averaged about 20 children. Fun
projects that ran all summer.
Mrs. Kempthorne was guest speaker, was a fun day.
Mrs. Sara Long President of ALA was guest speaker,
very interesting day.
F. Grant Writing Workshop Gloria was on jury duty so didn't get to go.
G. Friends Book Sale Very successful.
VII. New Business:
A. Budget Automation was cut.
B. William's/Gabbert Letters A problem with doors came up which should be solved now
that our doors have been fixed, but letter brought to our
attention that we need to address our meeting room policy.
