A RESOLUTION TO SET THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE PARCEL B
PARK PLACE IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA
Whereas,
the City of Tiffin, Iowa will set the date for the Public Hearing to Rezone
Parcel B Park Place in the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
Now, therefore be it resolved
by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the
date for the Public Hearing is set for January 17, 2017, to discuss the Rezoning of
Parcel B Park Place. The Planning & Zoning Commission will reconsider this issue at
its January 4, 2017 meeting.

On the 3 day of January, 2017, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,

TO SET THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE PARCEL B PARK PLACE
IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA
and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by
Councilperson Kahler.
Ayes: Upton, Kahler, Ryan, Havens, Bartels.
Nays: None.
Absent: None.
Whereupon Five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
RESOLUTION NO. 2017-001, A RESOLUTION TO SET THE DATE
declared that the
OF PUBLIC HEARING TO REZONE PARCEL B PARK PLACE IN THE CITY OF
TIFFIN, IOWA
to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his
signature thereto.
