Marilyn Summers, Susie Reddick, Mary Clemmer, Ray Venable, Gloria

Next meeting we will review policies, install new board members &
appoint officers. Date set for Thursday January 6th.
Gloria directed to purchase Polaroid camera and film.

He also asked about morale & merit pay. Gloria explained our budget cuts
Ray promised his support when we go through the next round. Contact
of benefits of an automated library to help him defend our position when we

ADA. This phase is complete.
Automation. Gloria will continue working on our future AUTOMATION. We wi6 go
with the consortium.
Evaluation Board encouraged Gloria to continue to work with City Staff and Council.
Vacancies/Appointments. Board recommend Ed Hershgold and Ed Hershherger to fill board

New Business:
A. Time Capsule. Thursday November 186 11:30 a.m. in front of Library. Do
Newspaper announcement.
B. Maintenance. New man doing a good job.
C. Books on tape shelving. Donated by Delores and Don Chapman.
D. Y2K. Only one computer left to make our systems Y2K compatible.
E. Filter Solftware. Arcadian Systems has introduced us to several options/preview.
F. Friends. Gloria will be asking the friends for money for children's books and carpet
money for History Room.

ershberger to fill vacancies on the McCall Public Library Board.
