RESOLUTION APPROVING THE P&RqE%4AL OF A. B. C. LIC~IqSE
NO. 1201-33-027-002, b~W.n BY FRANCES M. MELNIZEK,
FOR THE 1996-1997 LICENSE '~'~
WHEREAS, pursuant to an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Alcoholic
Beverages", as amended and also by certain rules and regulations
adopted by the Governing Body of the Borough of Ca_rteret, application
has been made by FRANCES M. M~.NIZEK, holder of A. B. C. License No.
1201-33-027-002, for R~newal of said License for the 1996-1997 License
Term and has filed the proper form and paid the necessary fees there-
for; and
WHEREAS, no objections have been made as to the renewal of said
license; and
WHEREAS, an Application for Transfer of said license has been submitted -
to .the local issuing aUthority pending the approval of License No. 1201-
33-027-002 for Renewal for the 1996-1997 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Coencil of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New
Jersey, that a Plenary Retail Cormumptien License be issued to Frances
M. Melnizek, holder of A. B. C. License No. 1201-33-027-002, premises
located at 211 Roosevelt Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey as herein set
out below; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVe), that the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby
authorized to issue a license to the applicant in accordance with the
application heretofore made and approved, having said license become
effective from term beginning July 1, 1996 and to expire June 30, 1997;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution
be forwarded with original application and proper fee to the State of
New Jersey, Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing Bureau,
CN 087, Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0087.
Adopted this 20th day Of February, 1997
and certified as a tru~ copy of the
