Board Meeting

I: Call To Order:
II. Attendance: Susie Reddick, Marilyn Summers, Clyde Archer, Tracy Baker,
Gloria Cantrell
III. Minutes: Read and approved.
1V. Bills: Approved.
V. Staff Report: Circulation down. Library vacancy Gloria has sent notice to Star
News it will be printed the month of September interested persons
will call Tracy or Gloria. Tracy and Gloria are still working on Web
Page. Internet news.
VI. Old Business:
A. Membership Drive.
Pouring in
B Priscilla WegarslPolly Bemis Lecture.
Will be held at the Alpine Playhouse September 15, 7:30p.m..
VII. New Business:
A. Pumphouse.
They now have power and heat so are looking forward to a great
winter.
B. Gwen Kimbell.
Has suggested a book she would like to donated to the library
along with pictures in the newspaper. Board feels we already own
book and feel it would not be fair to all other patrons who donated
books on a regular basis.
C. SIRL's meeting Friday 11, Payette
Gloria has meeting in Payette about
internet and video circuit. Board ask Gloria to bring back copies of
other libraries internet policies.
D. Budget. Was approved as presented to council.
