III. Minutes:
Marilyn ask we add Pine Needle Quilters
as a correction to the minutes, Susie
approved Tracy seconded so corrections
were made and approved.
IV. Bills: Signed.
V. Staff Report: Circulation down, non-residents up.
VII. Old Business:

A. Board Vacancy. City Council appointed Mary
Clemmer.
B. Healthwise. Update has been installed.
C. State Annual Report. Due to State by Dec. 12.
D. Quilt. Pine Needle quilters are making sleeve for
so we can hang it.
E. Log Cabin Literary Center/McCall Outpost. We had
great turn out and will schedule meeting in January
1997.
