Minutes from May 16, meeting read and
approved.
Approved.
V. Staff Report: Gloria gave board new Idaho Library Trustee
Manuals. She showed everyone new tables,
chairs and shelving. Library is looking great.
Vli. Old Business:
A. Healthwise. Gloria reviewed the Healthwise contract
and Tracy moved we sign and Marilyn
seconded.
B. Gloria/Evaluation. Marilyn will contact Susie and
they will meet soon and finish their
evaluation.

C. Summerfest. The Children's music program went
extremely well with 94 children
participating during the 3 weekend
program.
I ). Cambridge/Internet. Has been routed into the
library from the city building.
VII. New Business:
A. Board Vacancy. The Star News will advertise a
possible board vacancy.
B. Budget. Meeting with Council went very well.
C. Friends Membership Drive. Mailing will go out
September 2nd.
D. BSU Workshop Aug 15-16. Gloria's reference
workshop went well, she brought back
lots of information on how to solve the
small libraries reference budget
problems.
E. GED Program. We are so very luck that our GED
program will be funded by BSU again
this year. Pat Rhodes will be directing it
on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Using the
Skills Bank in the Library.
