Board Meeting
January 18, 1996

Call To Order: Meeting called to order 4:00 p.m.

I 11. Minutes: Minutes from the November meeting were
read and approved.
IV. Bills: Bills signed and approved
V. Staff Renort: Circulation reports were given to each

VI. Old Business:
A. Ordinance changes to $1,000. According to Ted. Burton.
1 Volunteers legalities includes a cost of $.25 an hour for
each volunteer delivering books. Times need to be
monitored and a list of names given to the city.

placed at the McCall Senior Center, and the

F Library Policy Updates of all typing errors additions,
subtractions and corrections will be brought hack to

F Trudy Doty was sent a letter asking- her to Pay for two
books that were damaged during- the time Trtoi,
checked them out. There has been no response
from her at this time.
G. Internet usage is high which also takes a lot of time from
the staff.
VII. New Business:
