ViI. New Business:
A. Grandview.
Gloria's meeting in Grandview went well.
B. Trudy Doty.
Board and Gloria discussed the overdue and
damaged books that were checked out by Mrs.
Doty. Gloria was advised to send letter stating
budget, fines and library policy's. Also that Mrs.
Doty will not have library privileges until this
matter is settled.
C. Holiday Programs.
A tentative date of December 14 was set for
Children's Christmas Program. Tracy said she
bas ideas and would like to help. Everyone else
was also willing to be a part.
D. Encyclopedia/CD-ROM.
Toe library has received a new encyclopedia which
came with a free CD ROM of the encyclopedia.
