III. Minutes: Minutes were not available.

Bills: Bills read and approved.
V. Staff Report: Gloria talked about circulation.
VI. Old Business:
A. Library Board Vacancy.
We are waiting for written conformation from the
C; ty Council.
B. Letters .
Gloria read letters to be sent to possible board members.
Board made additions.
C. Library staff for Saturdays.
The Board discussed the hiring of a Saturday person.
And advised Gloria to use her judgment.
11. Library Policy updates.
Will review next board meeting.
E. Page.
Gloria hired Heather Rogers.

VII. New Business:
A. Fall Conference.
Gloria attended the fall conference at Eagle High School.
B. Value Line.
An investment group in McCall is subscribing to Value
line for the library.
C. Holiday Programs.
The McCall Progressive Club has offered to help us with
our Christmas Children's Program.
U. Friends Book Sale.
The Friends made about $160.00.
10. SIRS.
A computer program for Children was discussed.
No decisions were made.(Offered by SIRS)
