CALL TO ORDER at 4:12 pm
Present: Committee Members: Mayor Pro-Tem Rey Santos, Council Member Mike Lara, Economic
Development Manager Kyle Warsinski, Member Bernie Balland, Member Ebon Brown, Member Allen Koblin,
Member Von Lawson, Member Bette Rader, Member Karen Wheat, and BUSD Student (vacant)
Absent: Member Monir Ahmed, Member Rob Moran, City Manager Todd Parton, Member Kimberly Starrs

public comments. There will be no sharing or passing of time to another
person. State Law prohibits the Committee from discussing or taking actions
brought up by your comments.
