McCall Public Library Board Meeting
March 8, 1994
7:00 p.m.
I. ATTENDANCE: Bob Scoles
Marilyn Summers
Janzi Frandin
Gloria Cantrell
II. CALL TO ORDER:

IV. BILLS: Approved and signed
V. STAFF: REPORT: Gloria introduced a Info-Trac Computer
Health Program that could be a possibility
for the library to have . She will talk
to Ed Hersgold.
VI. OLD BUSINESS:
VII. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Furnace my possibly have a leak in the
line. Neil Tassano will follow up. (It
looses its prime)
B. Back room -the friends have finished the
walls and are going to order cabinets.
C. Resource Sharing program is going well
with Cascade..
A. Foundation Center books are ordered. We
are in hopes of having Center in place
by May 1.
B. Policy Statement -Gloria forwarded memo
from Bud to Board.
C. Coston Frederick of BSU has offered his
Story telling talents to the Library.
D. Cort Conley will be at Library Friday 11,
2:30 p.m.
E. Gloria reminded us it is time to review our
Long Range Plan. She will see that all board
members have a copy so they can update befor
next meeting.
