June 22, 1994
6:30 P.M.
I. ATTENDANCE:. Mary Clemmer
Marilyn Summers
Faye Kerr
II. CALL TO ORDER: Meeting was held at McCall Golf Course Club House.
III. MINUTES: Read and Approved.
IV. BILLS: No Bills.
V. STAFF REPORT: Gloria is on jury duty so there was no staff report.
It was reported that the Reading Program was going
well.
VI.
OLD BUSINESS: A. Evaluation: Moved and seconded we set new
date, other trustees will be notified.
B. Performance Report: A new date will be set
to go over Performance Report.
VII. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Roni Rankin: Letter was read from Roni Rankin
it was moved and seconded that the board should
write a letter to her and also send copies of
the Library's Registration and Circulation
Procedures to her. This will be discussed with
Gloria first.
B. Review Circulation Policy: Copies were handed
out to members present.
